What the Hummingbirds Taught Me
At the moment, I am working on my first full-length book. What the Hummingbirds Taught Me is a story about losing a mother, becoming a mother and arriving at a vital understanding: the future of our planet hangs on how we care for all mothers, who house the nervous system of the next generation.
In addition to my book, I have written hundreds of poems.
As a mindfulness trainer, I help people feel hard feelings and cultivate peaceful ones. It sounds simple, but it’s nature’s most important balance. And learning how to do it well can be transformative.
Some areas where I can particularly offer support:
1. Expats, the estranged and other people struggling with issues of “home” and belonging.
2. Parents seeking to build mindfulness and deeper attachment into their parenting, especially through divorce, big moves or other life transitions.
