When I separated from my children’s father, I thought if it was the right decision and I did everything right - eg; made an effort to get along, explained everything carefully, was emotionally available and upbeat, then we move through it with relative ease. It was obviously a lesson I had to learn the hard way. There was a lot I wasn’t prepared for… including the fact that my two children would process the experience very differently.
Divorce is one of life's hardest transitions — and when you're also caring for a child's emotional world, the challenges can feel overwhelming. Trying to figure it out alone can feel overwhelming and isolating. Given my experience as a meditation trainer and coach, and having gone through a permanent separation with two 7 year olds, I feel called to support others through this highly stressful life journey. I understand the overwhelming desire to guard and protect our children, and give them the best chances possible at a healthy future.
Mindful Parenting Through Divorce is a private, 8-week mindful parenting coaching journey designed to help you stay steady, parent intentionally, and build emotional resilience — both for yourself and for your child.
This is tailored, one-on-one coaching for parents navigating divorce, grounded in mindfulness, practical strategies, and compassionate support.

Support your child’s emotional needs through change, grief, and uncertainty
Communicate thoughtfully — even during conflict with your ex-partner

Eight private 1:1 coaching sessions (held virtually)
Customized mindfulness and parenting strategies tailored to your family's situation
Email or message support between sessions for real-time encouragement
Personalized exercises and reflections to deepen your learning and growth
